Mini-Toon Float-On Trailer

For mini-pontoon owners, Hoosier offers a special trailer just for you. The Mini-Toon trailers possess the same quality Hoosier Trailers are known for, but in a size that makes trailering a breeze.

The Mini-Toon Trailer comes in two models with bed lengths ranging from 12'-14' and weight capacity of 1400 pounds. Constructed of durable steel to withstand rugged use, the Mini-Toon is equipped with a Reliable torsion axle with 12" standard tires, adjustable bunks, winch stand, and a front loading winch and strap.

WFB Series

Full Size Float-On Pontoon Trailers

The WFB Float-On Trailer enables you to realize your dreams of taking your pontoon to any body of water effortlessly. They are built to easily launch your boat in shallow water as well as providing improved road handling characteristics. An 84" wide track axle also enhances road stability.

The WFB Series' carpeted 2 x 4's gently cradle the pontoons and permit increased access. In fact, the Float-On trailer is totally adjustable and can fit most pontoon boats. Available in 13 models, the trailer comes in single, tandem, and triple axle configurations. Surge, disc, and electric brakes, tri-toon kits, load guides, spare tires and galvanized finish are optional.

Standard equipment includes: 20.5 x 8 x 10" tires and wheels, treated bunks, torsion axle with independent suspension, loading/unloading winch with strap and hook, adjustable bunks, and winch stand, tongue jack, step stand assembly, safety chains, and water resistant tail lights.

Classic Series

Round Tube Trailers

The Classic Round Tube Trailer features our time-tested tubular design that provides the strength to handle loads from 2,000 to 5,000 pounds and can carry pontoons 16-26 feet long. Its 48" wide design and low center of gravity makes it very stable on the road.

Each classic trailer features a unique winch, cable and sheave system that enables the operator to raise and lower the entire trailer frame. When launching, the approach to the water is extended with the adjustable tongue extension (pined for three positions) which provides extra trailer length for launching.

Standard features include: water-resistant taillights, eight rubber rollers for boat protection, tail light cases, an adjustable trailer frame, leaf springs, safety cable, and 5.30 x 12 inch "D" range tires.

The SL 6570, 700, and 725 series are available in three axle configurations, with or without brakes. Classic trailers are designed to haul pontoons with 40 horsepower motors or less. A classic front extension is also offered for pontoons with extended decks. In addition, tongue jacks and front loading winch are available for more trailering ease.

BX Series

Standard Box Tube Frame Trailers

The BX Box Tube Frame Trailers are just as maneuverable as our tubular series, but with rectangular steel frames that offer added strength for larger pontoon models. Now pontoons with large outboard motors and extra accessories can be trailered anywhere, thanks to the Hoosier BX.

The BX is designed to carry most 20-30 foot pontoons. In addition, tandem and three axle configurations are offered with capacities ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 pounds. This, combined with Hoosier's adjustable load equalizing torsion axle, give the BX unmatched road stability.

Other features include: frame stanchions that are bushed for strength and longevity, tie down loops, automatic brake winch, adjustable latch with pin, tail light cage, and 5.30 x 12 inch "D" range tires. In addition, electric winch, hydraulic lift system, surge brakes, I.O. kit and durable galvanized finish are offered as options.

BX frame is available in 48" or 44" widths, 38" axle base, maximum raised height 30" - minimum lowered height 23".
